Fitbit One won't track steps but power is on...?? Help!

My Fitbit One suddenly stopped tracking steps.  It's not a power issue, as the batter is fully charged and its on. It just won't track steps.  The counter remains at zero.  I've tried powering it off and back on again and still not luck.  Any thoughts?

Feel free restarting the tracker once more, when the issue remains the support team can be contacted.
