No. I'm running iPhone X 11.2.1 software update. Updated Fitbit 1 software, app updated.

Uninstalled, reinstalled app on my X, no change. Fitbit 1 will not sync with my iPhone X. Must manually input all data online. Any data input on the Fitbit app on my X will not communicate or sync with the online Fitbit dashboard.

I called FitBit customer service and they walked me through uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my IPhone X.  Everything is working fine now.

The key is to turn the IPhone X off after you uninstall the app.  Then turn it back on to reinstall the app.
