Difference between tracker and dashboard

On the tracker are more calories than on the dashboard.
The tracker records calories alltought not wearing him (at Night)

The dashboard will show the data as it was when you last synced so it may be a little out of date.

 

The calories burned include your BMR calories - those you burn just keeping body alive (even when asleep). These are calculated from your profile settings so you needn't be wearing your fitbit to get them.
