I have not used my Fitbit one since I got it last Christmas. The other day I went and charged it over night since I haven't used it in awhile. Then the next day I unplugged the Fitbit one from the charger I notice it wasn't turning on. So I plugged it back in, then on the Fitbit one screen came up 6.60 then it showed the batter symbol on the screen and then it went blank. It dose sync to the Fitbit app but wont turn on.

Mine is doing the exact same thing. Except I use mine everday. It says Fitbit 6.6 and the battery charged as soon as I unplug it the screen goes blank. I've gone through all the steps of restarting it and it doesn't restart, it does nothing. When its plugged in it sync and the app says its fully charged but when I unplug it it won't sync so I know it's not just the screen. I sent an email to fitbit support hopefully I get an answer soon.

Mine is the same,   if the fitbit is plugged, it works and the battery says full but as soon as I unplug it, it dies

I sent an email to support and they looked into my account and seen it was't working properly so they are sending me a replacement. I would do the same if I were you. Good luck!

Hey guys @Logikel83 @Phillies @mdss2, welcome to the Fitbit Community Smiley Very Happy! I'd recommend the same as @Logikel83, the best suggestion is to get in touch with Customer Support directly.

They will be more than glad to give you a hand on this, just don't forget to mention the steps you've done so far to avoid getting the same ones.

Happy stepping!
