My daughter has an ios and we both now have the fitbit one. She has the option to push notifications from her iphone that I don't. She can determine what options show up on her fitbit while I can't. I don't see the option to have it set for right or left hand or what infromation I want to see on the trackter (such as the flower, time, greeting, etc.) I can see sort this information on the web but not on fhe app within my android phone.

Hello @Tastysnack,
While I have neither an iOS nor Android device, I think I can help. Try this:
- Launch the Fitbit App.
- If you see a picture of your tracker on the main screen, tap on it. If not click on the 'hamburger' (the horizontal lines, on the top left) and select 'Account' then tap on the picture of your tracker.
- Look for the options to 'Customize Display' and/or the Handedness.
I hope this helps.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunatly when I attempt to perform the steps you suggested I am not greeted with the same messages. When I tap on the tracker image it only has the option to sync now, all day sync, silent alarm, and modifictation of greeting. With my daugter's phone (iphone) - I see the other options you suggested.

Ahh... I have a Windows Phone, and they're there. I would've expected them to be there on the Android app.
Truthfully, while in a perfect world, they would be there. I would just change them on the online dashboard (which should still be available on your phone's browser), I think you'll find that you'll only change it every great once in a while.
If there is a way to do it, you should post in the Android part of the forum, where it'll get more attention by Android users. Or if you'd like, I can move this post. Just let me know.
