Hello, I dropped my Fitbit on the floor. I tried re-setting per directions on website but that didn't work. Any other suggestions? I'm really surprised that dropping it on the floor would break it.

Fitbit to date doesn't has a repair facility, feel free to contact Fitbit Support (no promises though since depending on how your One been dropped, warranty may or may not count..

Hello @shari2016, welcome aboard to our Community. Other recommendation beside the restart, would be to check the battery charge. Its possible with the dropped the internal software of the tracker had an error. Although the best recommendation if the issue still persist is just like @SunsetRunner mentioned before. I wonder how it goes, did your tracker respond after all or you were able to contact support?
