I am unable to connect my One to the Employee Wellness program through work. I have registered it several times with no luck. Any suggestions. My program says to find out here, but I couldn't find any official support, so hoping you have some wisdom to share.

Hi, @skmdragon , the Fitbit One is quite an old, and discontinued device, and long precedes the Wellness Program, so that may very well be the issue. I think it is very unlikely that you will get a definitive answer here. I would recommend getting in touch with your employer HR, or other administrator of the program, to find out which devices it supports. It may be that the One is not supported.
I think many employer programs do subsidise purchase of Fitbit’s. If that is the case for your employer, then the Inspire 2 is the current replacement for the One.
