I’m sorry to say @Dave_49 - that is an old device. You can always try to restart it a couple times. If it still fails to keep a charge, you may want to consider a new device. The Inspire (non-HR version, on sale now) can be worn in a clip. And of course, there are many other good options in the Fitbit store.

I've received the new fitbit, the only problem I had was it was not compatible with my Apple Mac. Any way I solved the problem and it's up and running using my wife's iPad.
