Wow, that is a lot! Can you see from your dashboard when those steps came in?
Was your One near a vibration source such as a fan, or perhaps sitting on top of your washer or dryer? That could account for the steps...

ps, if you would like to negate those steps, check out the time period they were detected and then log driving. Frankly the procedure is a little cumbersome, but it really does work if you are very careful to follow the instructions and make sure you search for and find the built in database driving activity and get the timing right.
You may decide it is not worth the bother for one day's dodgy data.
