Fit Bit One Alarm Settings not working on website to sync alarms

Really frustrating when you are trying to sync your one and the website keeps redirecting me to the Aria scale. I had a problem with the alarm showing several months ago and it took forever for Fitbit to fix it, let's hope they have improved since then, or I maybe going to another company with better customer service...

Hello, @hlawson! Are you having this problem on the mobile App or on the computer?

 

Please try clearing your browser's cache. Directions on how to clear your cache on a variety of browsers can be found here: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache . Also try it with a different browser.

On my Mac Book laptop computer. The alarm page won't load even though I can use my computer for all the other websites I normally use without problems. When it does open, it won't let me click which alarm I want, the web page will only partially open. This started Thursday night.
