I have a fitbit one, and it has not synched since Aug 9.  I've tried all suggestions, and still nothing.  Can anyone tell me what is going on with it?

I'm not having a problem. How are you trying to sync it? Phone or computer

 

If computer is the Dongle plugged in?

Via computer.  My daughter uninstalled the program, and then installed it, and nothing.
