Work week completion/win not syncing

After syncing 9 times my work week totals keep asking me to sync

@DonnieI Welcome to the Fitbit family! Are you still experiencing this problem? Try the following:

 

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Reboot your phone.
  • Log back in to the Fitbit app.

Also, you can try starting another Work Week Hustle competition and check if that will keep happening. Have you experienced the same with other challenges or just with that one?

My question was answered via phone support not email support.

phone support is much better.

@DonnieI Thanks for your reply! I'm very glad to hear that phone support was able to help you out with this! I know they are awesome!
