Turns out my One hasn't been synced since 12/25/18. I have searched and tried a number of things (resetting while plugged into dongle - holding button for 20 seconds, uninstalling app (several times) on Samsung 7 Android version 8.0.0, stopping/restarting phone, Bluetooth, Wifi, etc.).
My phone's Bluetooth scanner cannot find the One (nor can I, sadly, but that's a whole other issue! 🙂 ). I've had the One for a few years, and never had this problem before. What else should I try or look for?

I have the same issur but mine stopped in November. Would love to figure out how to reconnect.

I have been trying to get my One to sync as well. It hasn’t synced since 1/7 although it is still working.

@rainbowsandra @RedheadInCary @TAB1996 It's great to see you in the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to report the situation you are experiencing with your One not syncing correctly to your account. Thanks for trying some steps in order to sort this out.
In this case, I'd recommend trying all of the syncing troubleshooting steps shown on this helpful article. If you already tired some of these steps; please try them again in the order given there for best results.
