Fitbit One Showing Incorrect Data

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The time is wrong everyday.  I sync it, but as the day progresses and I check, the time will be wrong again, and of course neither the steps nor the flights will be accurate.  Frustrated with it.  This has been going on for a while now and I am close to giving up on it, though I will not buy one that goes on my arm.  Anyone else experience this?  Anyone have helpful tips?

@badgerjill @999ary999 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to report the situation you are experiencing with your One not syncing, showing incorrect time or data.

If it is not syncing, please make sure you are using a compatible device. If you are, pelase try these syncing troubleshooting steps in order to sort this out.

Regarding the time, please make sure the time zone settings are set up correctly. Also, please try a restart on your tracker. This should also help with the incorrect data tracking.

Hope this helps. Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
