Hi! I was wondering if the "One" calculates more steps & stairs when wearing in a wristband vs wearing in a pocket or bra?

It's likely to be less accurate when worn on the wrist. This can mean getting some extra steps due to random arm movement but it can also mean losing some steps such as when pushing a shopping trolley. You may end up with more or less steps.

The other consideration is calorie burn. Because your fitbit wouldn't know you are wearing it on your wrist it will assume that it's your torso making that movement. This will be much more extreme when on your wrist so calorie burn will probably be exaggerated. This, in turn, could mean your active minutes are inaccurate too.

Basically, you'll get the best results wearing it as recommended.

Thanks for the quick reply back. I was noticing my steps seemed to be adding up faster than usual. (Flights of stairs way off too!) I'll go back to wearing it the way I was before.
