FitBit One crashed and did not warn for low battery

Hi,

This morning my One would not sync, and then I saw that it was "out". On my app it said "medium battery", and I did not recieve a low battery warning yesterday. So everything was 'normal' until yesterday when I went to bed.

I followed intructions here to restart my One and then saw that battery was low. After that, I recieved the email with warning that I had low battery. That's not how it should be I think.

So I wonder, maybe there is something wrong with my One.

Or is this happening to other users?

I think that exact same thing happened to me. However it will not recharge, acting like it is totally dead

I saw several postings about bad battery, and the One "dying" even when it's not low in battery. I will monitor how it goes ..., hope that it was a one time problem.

Again problems with my FitBit One. Yesterday I charged it completely and it worked as before. This evening the app could nog sync with the tracker, and it seemed "out" again.

On the app it said that the battery was "full", but the app was still "looking" and trying to sync. When I connected the tracker with the cable to my laptop I could see that the battery level was low, and I could see it getting lower within minutes.

So I have a bad battery. What can I do now? Contact the store where I orderd the One? Or is there help and solution via this community from FitBit?

I have used the One since February 12, and all the time before it worked just fine. Never had any problems, but this is so bad, I can not use it any more.
