Hi,
My FitBit One completely died normally and I haven't used it in a couple weeks. I went to plug it in to its charger and it is not working. I've held down the button and it won't turn on either. Is there anything else I can try?

Clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart do this 3 times

Wendy you are a star! I was just about to give up when I tried the restart thing 3 times and it came to life!
Can't live without my Fitbit one. Now looks like its charging. Thank you.
