Hello. I got a fitbit one as a gift and I set it up with my phone. The device synced but with the app. And showed that it is fully charged but when I unplug the device from the charger it won't open. I tried the restart but still same issue

Sounds defective. I would take it back and exchange it where ever it was gotten.

The batteries are not replaceable.

It seems that this is an ongoing issue. I love my fitbit one and it was charged as long as it is plugged in it shows charged and once you unplug it nothing. I have done mulitiple resarts nothing
