Hi, mine is doing the exact same. I have deleted the app off my iphone, unticked blue tooth, turned phone on and off etc etc ut still nothing! I have deleted the one from my phone & can't even add it back on - what did you do please?
I deleted the app, reinstalled it. Turned off my Bluetooth, turned it back on several times until it registered.... I kept clicking on the setup until it registered.... I’m guessing this is FitBits way of getting us to buy updated hardware! Lol
