Best Answer@pinkmicra sometimes when there is a problem posting something, it's good to have a link to show it. This site TinyPic will host the image for you - click to go there and follow their directions.
In order to put a picture on the forums, you have to upload it. Were the directions at the FAQ link confusing?
Thank you for your help. I will try the tinypic link and see if that works. watch this space!

Best AnswerHoping this will work! Can you identify this please as I need to get a charger! Thank you!!
Best Answer@pinkmicra nice job in getting the images posted.
I want to say it looks like a ChargeHR, but I'd like to see what others might think.
Does the band have Fitbit written in it on the inside?
@pinkmicra I would like to welcome you to the Fitbit Community as well!
@Odyssey13 thank you for sharing instructions on how to upload pictures, they really help!
As for the tracker it is not a Fitbit tracker.
Can you see anything on the tracker itself? Another way to identify it would be to search for the device on a smartphone bluetooth parameters. Of course for that it needs to have some battery left.
I did a quick google image search and your device seems similar to a XCSOURCE Heart Rate OLED Smart Bracelet, you could also look into that.
For the Fitbit trackers themselves you can check what they look like on our Fitbit store for a comparison.
Let us know if you find a charger for your device!
