Fitbit Not Recording All Days of The Week

My Fitbit has decided not to record any steps on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This has been going on for a few weeks. Steps do not appear on PC or iPhone app. Any suggestions?

@shablum Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Do you happen to see the amount of steps on the One tracker itself?

 

I'm thinking this may be happening as a result of not syncing your One in a while. When was the last time you synced it?

 

I recommend performing these syncing troubleshooting steps for iOS devices. That should certainly help you out.

1- do you sync every day? If no, that may be the problem. 

2- try restarting the one, by holding down the button for at least 20 seconds

Mine is doing the exact same thing!  I thought I must have done something to create that problem.  But maybe not?
