Why won't my Fitbit results connect to my Weight Watchers app?

Did you connect them?

If you did then Un connect and try again

@Gigi430 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Did you linked both apps just as @WendyB informed on her post above? If you didn't follow the steps provided on the link on her post.

If you did linked them and still nothing; you will have to unlink them by revoking the access of WW and then re-link them again:

• Revoke access from an app.
• Link both apps again (instructions on the post above).

Why is my fitbit one not connect my results to the weight watchers app?

@Ritje Welcome to the Fitbit family! That is probably happening because you have not linked both apps. 

Please follow these steps to link them correctly:

• On the Weight Watchers subscriber homepage click Login in the top right corner. 
• In the Log In window, confirm your Weight Watchers user name and password and click Log In.
• Click the profile icon in the top right corner and then click Settings. 
• Click the Activity tab and click Connect to a device or app.
• Select Fitbit from the choices and click Continue. 
• Log in using your Fitbit account credentials.
• Once logged in, you will be redirected back to the Weight Watchers Settings page.

That should link both apps and you should be able to start using them correctly.

Try that out and let me know how it goes!
