My clip is broken, I've super glued the end back on where the prongs were exposed, but now the plastic is ripped and I have almost lost my device three times because it slips out. Is there a way to repair it?

If the plastic is ripped there is no way to repair it.  You can buy a replacement at the Fitbit store.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

The cheap plasitic clip broke on my fitbit One exposing a pronged end within the first 30 days I had the device.  Since it didn't really impact the performance of the device, I never did anything about it.  Now the button has popped out, and fitbit will not do anything about it, other than offer a 25% discount on a future purchase.  I explained this was not an acceptable remedy, and they apologized in such a way that it borded on offensive, I am sure it was because of the cultural differences between India and the USA.

My clip end broke off too. I've also had a problem with the sleeping sleeve collecting too much cat hair. Yes I sleep with some of my 4 cats. :). So I bought a rubber wrist holder for the One. Yeah I've heard it is calibrated for torso, yada yada. The step count is higher since I got the wrist holder, but I type a lot so no surprise there. The pluses, it does not collect hair or dust while sleeping, the holder is VERY secure, and I can wear it with a form-fitting dress with no pockets. The holder is white with Delft blue detailing, but they come in all colors.
