I purchased a Fitbit One in September and my screen is all cracked.  Why is that?

It's hard to say. I would guess it's more likely to be accidental damage than a defect. To some degree it depends on where you are wearing it. I once was wearing my One clipped to my belt with the screen facing out. I was doing some heavy building work and noticed the screen got scratched as I carried stuff around. Since then I always wear my One with the screen facing my skin.

@Coallady A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! So sorry to hear that your Fitbit One got cracked. Please take a look at the Warranty Policies page which explain what covers the warranty. Also, I recommend contacting our Support team so they can review your case and advise you accordingly.

 

Those are really great tips @SteveH since they may avoid to damage the tracker. Thanks for sharing!
