FitBit One turns on when plugged in only

My Fit by One won't turn on. When it is plugged in it comes on but when it is not plugged in it won't turn on so I can't use it. Any idea?

Has it been fully charged?

 

If so then I would contact support

@Megan89 A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your One only turns on when it's plugged in the charging cable. I would like to know if by any chance your One had contact with water or another liquid. Also, try restarting it as advised in Marre's post.

 

If this doesn't bring your One back to life, contact our Support team as my friend @WendyB recommended so they can review your case and get you back on track.
