I recently got a fitbit one but its not getting started. i have tried almost every noted solutions in the help centre but of no help. The display only turns on when it is connected via USB to the laptop but it only shows its version, which is "fitbit 6.24" and the battery sign which is full. While i try to connect my fitbit one in my phone app, the fitbit one shows the access code reqquired to pair as well. But after it is disconnected it doesnt show that as well. In total, my fitbit one doesnt start at all, but it shows thats its synced once in a while in my phone app. Hope to hearing from someone helpful to solve my problems very soon. Can't wait to put my running shoes on.
Help needed please. As i am in Nepal, i cant try contacting a customer support or visiting a service centre.

The only real tool we have to fix problems with fitbits is this restart procedure:

Give it a few tries as it doesn't always work. If that doesn't do the trick then you can contact customer support using email or web chat via this link:
Note that the web chat option only shows if someone is available.
