Hello everyone. My wife has a Fitbit One which was working fine yesterday but is completely dead today. The app shows the battery is fully charged but I am currently charging the device anyway. I have, several times, followed the reset procedure to the letter but the device shows no sign of life. In any event, the device was fully charged only about 3 days ago.
Can anyone help?

If it will not fully charge after a reset I am afraid the device has permanently failed. As you may know, the One is no longer available. If she is only interested in a clip on tracker the Zip would be her only option.

@Denbouk Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for reporting the situation your wife is experiencing with Fitbit One being dead. Thanks for trying the restart.
How old is the One? You could try to restart once again and check if that makes a difference.
Also, you can check these tips to improve battery life on Fitbit One, you may find it useful.
Has she contacted customer support already?
@SunsetRunner Thanks for your great help on this thread!
