One Not Resetting Steps

My Fit Bit One will not completely zero out steps

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

@janelp Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with Fitbit One.

 

Do you mean it is not resetting itself at midnight? Please try the suggestions given by @WendyB as this has helped other users in the past to get back on track.

 

Also, check the time zone settings to make sure they are correct. You One should reset itself (start from zero) at midnight every day.
