Trying to do a firmware update for my Fitbit one on my Samsung S7..... and I've done everything it tells me to. Bluetooth is on, connected to internet, full battery, everything..... and it doesn't update..... nothing will sync. I have tried reinstalling the app, checking on my PC....everything. I use my app for this all the time... I guess if it doesn't work, whats the point in using the devices? How can this be fixed?

@MotherofTwins Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for trying all of those steps to work this out. There are a couple of things we can try to get your One to update.
The first thing you need to try are all of the steps provided on this helpful article. That should help you out to get this update done.
If that fails, you will need to perform a factory reset on your One:
That should definitely help you out with this and your One should update afterwards.
Hope this helps. Try that out and let me know how it goes!
