Fitbit One Issue after 2.45 app update

 Since the last update, fit bit is having trouble searching and finding device through app. Battery is draining quickly again, because if this. Battery life had improved.... But whatever had been corrected in previous updates, were washed out with the update 6 days ago.

@Deedledum3 Welcome to the Fitbit family! That is very strange, haven't heard that the update to 2.45 caused this before. Keen to hear if there are other users experiencing this as well?

 

Have you tried performing a restart on your One already? This could actually help out.

 

Also, how many days is the battery lasting? Are you charging your One's battery once it runs out completely or are you charging it before that happens?

 

Something you could try as a test is charging your One until its completely full and then use it until it turns off (showing the battery has exhausted completely), and check how many days it lasted.

 

Additionally, please check these tips to maximize your One's battery. That should also help you out for sure.
