Fitbit One Not Turning On

Same issue as several others: my One is fully charged, shows Fitbit 6.64, but nothing else! Apparently there are steps to follow but I cannot find them. Please tell me what I can do to fix this. Thanks.

The One has been discontinued. You might want to see which style Fitbit you'd like next.

Thanks for that info, I'll definitely follow up. Sadly, I'm well aware that the One has been discontinued, that's why I'm upset that mine has stopped working. 🤞 here's hoping...

 

Followed the directions, it's still not working. Now it won't even show the charge level or 6.64 when connected to computer. I may try a chat with customer service today but I think it's probably useless.
