Fitbit One Not Syncing

That didn't work. I trouble shooting the way it says Delete all FITBIT devices and start over. Not one didn't my Fitbit One connect neither did my Aria scale. I uninstalled the App and started again Nothing.  Have these devices become antiquated for the Samsung Galaxy Note 8?

@Music112 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are experiencing with your One and Aria not connecting to your account. Thanks for trying those steps in order to sort this out.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is not showing as a compatible device. The developer team is aware of the need to add new devices to the list of compatible devices. There are some users who can synchronize with non-compatible devices. If your phone meets the requirement of Minimum Supported OS (Android 5.0 Lollipop), you can try the tips on this helpful article.

Note that we don't guarantee that the synchronization will be successful as we are still testing on this phone model.

Keep me posted!
