Trophies not awarded

Hi,

Although I've beat my daily goal numerous times now, I've never been awarded a trophy for it.

I haven't received any badges for some time either.

Any thoughts? I own a fitbit one but do not have any other issues

When was the last time you received any badge? Please go to this link here; you will find all of the badges and trophies you had won. Check if you have any trophies and also what is the last badge you received.

I haven't received any new badges for some time now, but my current ones are updated if targets are hit.

As for the trophies, I haven't been awarded any at all. Is there a certain criteria you have to reach to achieve one?

What was the last badge you earned? I could try to check which one is next for you to see how many more data you need to reach it.

Regarding trophies; you can earn them by coming in first place in a challenge or completing your goal. You can also earn trophies for achieving a personal best in a challenge or for achieving your step goal for each day of the challenge.

I have earned two trophies pohonto trail and goal day, neither are showing in trophies. I have update iPhone OS and uninstalled Fitbit app. Also competitors step distance from me is now not showing on maps that I am taking part in...very, very frustrating!!!!

@Retro_p1 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are currently experiencing with the trophies and step distance from competitors on the Fitbit app. 

Please feel free to update the Fitbit app for iOS devices to its latest version (version 2.86 released on January 22nd, 2019). This should certainly help you out with this.
