I bought another Fitbit One as a back up and it won't update to the new firmware version. I have tried turning it off and on, turning off my wi-fi on my phone, turning my phone off and on and trying to update it directly from my Mac and I get "AN UNKNOWN ERROR OCCURRED".
When I try to do it on my iPhone I get the Error 500 message.
Now what?

@T.C. I hope you're doing well! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with your One not updating correctly. Thanks for doing all of those steps in order to sort this out.
I'd recommend trying the steps on this helpful article. There is a step you haven't tried already. Also, try the steps in the order given there for best results.
Try that out and let me know how it goes! ![]()
