Have you ever thought about a bracelet  leork in a factory where we can't wear a watch. I have a Fitbit one. But you stopped making them. Can you bring them back. That's the only way I can track my data

@Butler102 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for sharing the suggestions for future product you'd like to have.

Fitbit One is not coming back, please check this thread for Fitbit's official announcement. However, you can vote for this Feature Suggestions asking for a future clip on tracker:

Regarding your idea about the ankle Fitbit; the suggestion was already made. However, it was marked as "Not Currently Planned". You can check the idea here

Hop this helps. See you around!

@Butler102 Thanks for your reply!

Currently, Fitbit Ultra is not being supported by Fitbit anymore. As we're constantly striving to improve Fitbit products and services, we sometimes stop support for our older devices. I'd recommend not ordering a Fitbit Ultra.

If you haven ordered a Fitbit One; then that one is still being supported by Fitbit and should work properly.

Did you ordered a Fitbit One or a Fitbit Ultra?

Keep me posted!

@Butler102 Thanks for your reply and for the clarification.

In this case, One is still supported and should work if you just ordered a new one. Have you tried setting it up already?

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
