My Fitbit one which works fine isn't showing up on my Windows 10 PC as being connected via Bluetooth; it is not listed as one of the Bluetooth devices. How do I get it to be recognized? Thank you.
@CarolNJ you and me both, unfortunately. I'm unsure what's going on with the Windows10 app but for the past month, it's also disappeared devices and ruined my challenges experience. I'd assumed Fitbit simply discontinued it without notification but looking at their forums that's not the case. Perhaps we'd be better off checking out what's there? (I'm gonna start a thread in there and tag you in).
