Fitbit One - Progress Report

Hi there, I have had my Fitbit since the beginning of February and absolutely love it!! However in the past few weeks it is beginning to disappoint me. I have not received a progress report for the last 2 weeks despite checking my spam folder and ensuring I was still signed up to receive them. I am also having difficulty with the iOS app closing often while I'm using it and foods that I've logged disappearing. Please help me mostly I want my progress reports back that are helping me to stay on track!!! Thanks in advance.

Hi, @Aynsley , I am not certain of the solution to this, but one suggestion I could make is to turn off progress reports and save your changes, and then turn them back on and save your changes once more. That might get them booted back up.  Let us know.

 

I think the foods disappearing may be a bug with the app.  Make sure you have the latest update.
