This past week, my fitbit one has not been recording times restless/awake nor my steps walked (although it is doing so today)....but how can I get the data for the past four days (sunday-wednesday) to show up?

Welcome to the Community @mld507! I would like to get more details about how your Fitbit One hasn't been recording your sleep or steps. Have you not wear your tracker? Has the display been working? Is it charging it properly?

As an alternative solution for the days that your One didn't track your data. You can manually log your steps in your Dashboard by logging walking or running. To do so:

  1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard.
  2. At the top of the page click Log > Activities.
  3. Click a common activity or search for one. If the activity is not in our system, create your own by clicking the Create custom activity text that appears below the search field.
  4. Enter the duration, distance (if applicable), and start time of your activity. You can enter the number of calories burned if you'd like to.
  5. Click Log. Your activity will now be visible and editable in the Activity History area.

Regarding the sleep data, you can do the following to log it:

- Go to your Dashboard > click on log > sleep

- Enter the hours > click on log sleep

Hope this helps. Keep me posted!

My Fitbit One is changing the history of my sleep to the most recent one only. Each time I record my sleep, it changes all the previous sleep to that same most recent entry. What can I do?
