I lost my FitBit One in the Irwindale, California area yesterday if the finder happens to look here. It fell off my slacks at some point after 4:00 yesterday afternoon - 12/14/16.

 

Unfortunately this was a gift and wasn't purchased through FitBit directly so I don't believe Customer Service can help..

It really depends on if it was bought through a authorized dealer.

 

Doesn't hurt to contact support and check it out.
