Hello there @SunsetRunner, I've noticed you haven't received a proper welcome to our community, so welcome aboard. Some common reason why your challenges are not updating could be you manually logged an activity? Steps from manually logged activities do not count toward challenges; only steps recorded by your tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges. If you used MobileRun to track GPS data with your app this wont count neither to your total challenge step count, unless you are using your tracker along. Also all challenge participants have to be in the same time zone otherwise will happen this discrepancy. In other words the challenge begins and ends in the challenger's timezone, so if your timezone is different than the challenge owner, you may notice that your challenge leaderboard stats do not always match your dashboard stats.

After your sync I recommend to wait for 15 minutes to see if your challenge updates.

Let me know how it goes. See you around and I wish you the best of luck.

Thanks, but the steps has not synced to the Challenges ONLY. It has not synced to the challenges for over the past 24 hours.
