Hi, after fully charging my One a few days ago I have difficulty syncing.
I've updated the app, logged in and out etc and 'restarted' the One as per the guidelines and it syncs for this time only.
In other words, everyone I switch off Bluetooth or go out of range of phone, I have to restart the One to get it to sync...works every time but such a pain....help please

Fitbit may not be aware as they don't routinely monitor the help forum for the One. It might be worth contacting customer support via contact.fitbit.com
