Fitbit One Tap Display, Language, and Low Battery Notifications

Hi,

Some of the settings of my FitBit One changed without me doing it.

I just updated the app, and now it only shows the burned kcal, not the steps anymore. How can I get this changed?

Also the language settings changed some time ago. It is in German language, while I would like to have the Dutch language back.

Another thing is that I don't get the email notifications for low battery anymore. It just stopped to send me these notifications after som time. How can I get these settings back to "normal"?

Thanks!

@mfmohr Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with your Fitbit One not displaying some data.

Please go to your device settings and check the "Tap Display". You should be able to active and re order the data that will show on your One. You will need to sync afterwards for the changes to be effective.

You can also check the Notifications settings to set back the low battery ones. If they are active, try disabling them, syncing your tracker, and enabling them again and sync.

To change the language, please take a look at this helpful article to get the steps on how to do this.

Hope this helps. Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
