For about the past month my Windows PC doesn't recognize my Fitbit One nor does it show up as a Bluetooth device on my PC. No matter what I have tried, it isn't recognized nor does it sync my steps, etc. to the Fitbit App on my PC. Thank you for any help that you might be able to give to me as this Fitbit One still works great but just isn't recognized nor able to sync to my computer.

Try moving the dongle to a different USB port. It's also possible the dongle has failed.

@CarolNJ have you tried connecting from another device (phone, tablet, etc.) to see if it is the Windows PC or the Fitbit one that's causing the issues? If you have a cell phone that runs apps you can download a Bluetooth finder and see if it can "see" the Fitbit one, if not, it's possible the Bluetooth in the one is broken, which can happen.

Thank you for your help. I had to uninstall the Fitbit and start all over. Then it was recognized in the Bluetooth. Not sure why but all is well now.

Thank you. I had to uninstall the and clear the Fitbit and reinstall then it was recognized on my PC, Bluetooth, etc.
