My One (that I love and have had for years) is suddenly not syncing steps with my 3. Steps on my One (which I keep in my pocket) are always WAY higher than what appears on my Charge so naturally I want to fix that. Any fix suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!!!

@BarbaraO I'm not understanding your question, as I've never heard of one Fitbit syncing to another Fitbit. Generally, a Fitbit tracker will sync to an app, on an Android, or iPhone, or WindowsPC and store the data "in the cloud" on Fitbit's servers. Trying to use two trackers on the same account at the same time will result in errors. If you meant to say you have 2 trackers you use separately, then that's fine, but make sure to sync between switching, otherwise, you'll lose steps.
