Fitbit One doesn't sync exercise

Although my Fitbit One will sync for steps, miles, and stairs, it keeps reading "not synced" when I enter a specific exercise. Therefore, my weekly goals show that I have not exercised. Please advise how to fix this. Thank you.

It's nice to see you around more often @cjb225! Welcome my friend! Man HappyMmmhh this is weird, have you tried restarting your tracker by following the steps provided in this thread? Also, I'd like to know if you experience this all the time you're trying to enter an exercise?

Keep me posted! Robot Happy

I am having the same problem. When I manually log an exercise on the Fitbit app, it won't sync. I have sent an email to customer service regarding this problem and they told me they are going to contact engineering for this problem. I have also tried restarting my Fitbit too. The only way to log an exercise is directly through the Fitbit website and not the app. It's been over 2 months and the problem still isn't fixed

I'm having a problem when I have the app track my exercise for my fitbit one when I finish the exercise it won't sync the walk. It has the data for my distance and pace and if I tap on the exercise it say's try again to sync. It has the map of where I went so gps isn't the problem I've restarted my fitbid already so that isn't the issue and the phone call to customer service was not the best experience I have ever had. Is this just a app problem that has not been fixed or is it something else? I'm tired of having exercise goals for the week and going for 7-10 mile walks and not getting the credit for it.

I have the exact same problem. It will sync my shorter runs, but not my long Saturday runs. I wonder if distance is a factor. I ran 9.5 miles last week and 12 this week, and neither synced, but it synced my 3 and 4 mile runs.
