Help! My One went through the wash----is it possible to repair?  It's not syncing or charging with the dongle thing on my laptop.

Put it in Rice for at least 48 hours.

But if you charged it before it was dried out its probably toast.

Mine did come back after the rice

There is no repair on them either I'm sorry

When you put it in rice , How much rice did you use?

@meko Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for posting on this thread regarding wet Fitbit One.

Use enough rice to cover the One completely. I'd say a small to medium bowl of rice and put the One inside of it making sure all of the rice is covering it. In other words, you need to bury your One in rice. Please check this article for more details on this.

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy

@meko Thanks for your reply! I'm very glad to hear that it is working once again. I'm also glad to hear that the bowl of rice suggestion worked good for the wet One.

Hopefully, this will be helpful for other users too.
