So frustrating have tried everything, waiting for new reply from carrot now. Anybody else having this issue?

Never heard of this app so I googled it.
Its not on the App page for Fitbit so you will need to wait and get a response from the carrot people

It's a Canadian app only in a few provinces and they just respond with the usual response :(. I have over a year of syncing recorded hate to lose it all if I delete the app.

Same issue...deleted both apps as well. No change
