Fitbit One--how do I get a sleep efficiency percentage?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I don't understand how to get a sleep efficiency score with Fitbit One.
7 hrs 45 min asleep
25 times awake
15 times restless
58 minutes awake/restless
I thought I'd be shown a sleep efficiency percentage in the app, but there's no percentage that I see, just numbers and a pink and blue graph. Will someone please tell me how to calculate it using the numbers above? TY

mine is not syncing also, and mine is not the only one not syncing.

It dawned on me last Friday that I hadn't been getting notifications about my points. So, when I tried to sync I couldn't. I tried a couple of times. Later that day I tried again and my fitbit 1 did sync. However, it shows, or doesn't show, that I synced last Friday, Sunday, and just now(after trying this morning with no luck), that I haven't synced since March 22.

It's nice to see our Community is growing @Bladermom @RevBonita @LolpopMan HappyPlease know that there are some possible reasons for this to happen as the following:

1. Steps have fully synced to our database but you're not viewing the mobile app dashboard in Live Data Mode.
2. You're manually logging steps.
3. You're using MobileRun to track GPS data with your app.
4. You're in a different timezone than the challenge owner.

Also, I'd suggest waiting 15 minutes after syncing your Fitbit data to see if your challenge updates.

@Lolpop please try syncing your tracker one more time by following these steps.

Hope this helps, let me know the outcome! Cat Tongue

So am I understanding correctly that if I log exercise manually it will show up on my dashboard but not add to my challenges?  That is what seems to be happening today and I am new to this so just trying to figure things out.

Many groups are very competitive and now I am showing way behind.

Welcome to our Community sweetie @Baileysgsp! Thanks for stopping by! Robot HappyYes, that is correct my friend. At this time only steps from your tracker count towards a challenge. That means manually logged activities and activities tracked through any third-party apps aren't included in your challenge total.

Have a nice day! Man Happy
