My One has recently started counting flight of stairs. Anyone else have this problem. Were you able to fix it? If so, how?

You can do a restart

Good Morning: CAK73:  Another way is on your dashboard there is a symbol of a battery when you click on the Grey gear on your upper right side of your dashboard. It's showing you are synced and charging your battery. It will show in neon green it's synced and charged. Go to your dashboard CAK73, click on LOG you are going into your logging in section. Click on your ACTIVITIES- Push on STEPS- now as you are looking at your history. Now, you can delete these stairs or correct them as you hoover over there is a faded grey pencil push on that to correct the error. When done just push the pink X and check and see if everything is corrected. then refresh the page. Now you have corrected the issue. Make sure your Fitbit ONE is synced and you solved it. You shouldn't have this issue anymore. You are correcting the error. I just found this out. My small issue is it may not record my sleep times. So I have to go in and correct them. I hope this helps you, CAK73
