Fitbit One is not on after swimming

Hi everyone

I used to swim with my Fitbit one before it still works well, after swimming in the pool yesterday, I did not pay attention to it, so I could not know what was happen but I found it was turned off this morning, and is not turning on in the charger too. I was trying to charge it for several hours, nothing works

could you please tell me what is happening with my device? or share any experiences that you have face with

One isn't waterproof. Unless you've kept it in a Ziploc or some specialty case to protect it while swimming, it's probably permanently damaged. As this was yesterday, you can throw it in a bag of rice or desiccate packets and hope for it to dry out further, but I wouldn't be too optimistic at this point. Try the drying out before charging again as you've got nothing to lose. Cheers!
